Fall weather showed up suddenly here in Dallas, going from 90 degrees yesterday at 4 PM, to 55 degrees at 4 PM today. We turned the heater on for the first time tonight, and the cats are trying to take all our body heat. I mean, being cuddly because they love us.

Stuttering

The wife and I looked up who sings the catchy song in a Dentyne Ice commerical that’s running right now. We love the song and wanted to see if we could download it. The name of the song is Stuttering by Ben’s Brother. I can’t find it on iTunes, but I did find their Myspace Page.
The thing I love about this song is the line “So kiss me again, cause only you can stop this S-S-S-Stuttering.”
I think it touches me so much because in the song, the person has this imperfection that melts away when the person he loves is near. It reminds me of Angie. I think that as individuals, we’re all imperfect and half-complete. It’s by pairing with friends, families, spouses, lovers, etc, that we connect and find our missing pieces and become whole.
Anyway, I just wanted to share the song with you guys because it made me think and made me happy.
